First General Meeting

Once again THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our Welcome Back Get Together and After Party at De Big Fish!  We had a great time, a fantastic turnout, and we raised $1165EC for AAARF :)

FIRST SCAVMA GENERAL MEETING 

on 

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2nd at 6:30pm

Bourne Hall

(Iron Chef wraps to be Served at 6pm)

Remember, you must attend at least 2 meetings per term to remain in good standing - more details on the membership guidelines at the meeting.

We will have free food (Iron Chef wraps - chicken, BLT, and eggplant) at 6pm outside of BOURNE.  The meeting will start promptly at 6:30pm (please no food inside Bourne).

We have term event updates, membership updates, and DOOR PRIZES (Remember those little raffle tickets we gave out at the Bazaar....bring those!  But for those who lost them, never fear, we wrote your name on our copy so you just need to be present to win.)

If there is a conflict and you absolutely cannot make the meeting (for a valid reason that will be pre-approved by the board) please message your class rep ASAP and we will discuss an alternative makeup meeting for you.
